These terms cover your use of Roo and the websites, connections and email addresses Robolics provides. By texting Roo or using a website we built for you, you agree to them. Plain language is intended; if anything is unclear, ask at viktor@robolics.ai.
Roo is an AI assistant for small businesses, operated by Robolics, reached by text message. Roo is software, not a person; a person at Robolics reviews what Roo cannot handle and answers you with a promised reply time. Roo does not give legal, tax, accounting or employment advice. It can help you think through a question and point you to a professional.
Roo does not publish anything as you or your business, send email from your Roo address, or spend money without your explicit approval of that specific item, given by text. Reading your connected data and drafting proposals need no approval. You are responsible for what you approve, including the content of review replies and emails.
The one-page website we build for you, and ordinary edits to it, are free. The site is yours: you may ask for its files or for it to be moved or taken down at any time. We may show it as an example of our work unless you ask us not to. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, text and marks on it.
New pages, features, integrations and other jobs beyond free edits are quoted by text before work starts. Nothing is charged until you approve a quote. Prices and payment terms are stated in the quote.
If you connect Google Business Profile or use a Roo email address, you grant Robolics permission to access and act on that data as described in our Privacy Policy, only on your approved requests. You can disconnect at any time. Those services have their own terms, and Robolics cannot guarantee how Google, review sites or email providers will treat content you approve.
Do not use Roo to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, to post fake reviews, to contact people who have not agreed to hear from your business, or to share credentials you are not entitled to share. We may suspend the service for misuse.
Roo is provided as is. We aim for fast replies around the clock but do not guarantee uptime or response times. Roo can make mistakes; that is why every public change needs your yes. To the extent allowed by law, Robolics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Text STOP to stop messages, or ask us to delete your data. We may end the service with notice. Your website stays yours either way.
We may update these terms; the date above changes and Roo will tell you about changes that matter. New Jersey law applies, and disputes are handled in its courts.
