Robolics ("we", "us") makes Roo, an AI business partner that small businesses reach by text message. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who can see it, how long we keep it, and how you delete it. It applies to robolics.ai, the Roo phone number, the secure connection pages we send you, and the Roo email addresses we provide. Questions: viktor@robolics.ai.
When you connect Google, you sign in with your own Google account on a secure page we send you, and Google shows you exactly what you are granting. We then receive:
Why. Only to show you your listing and to make the changes you ask for or approve: hours, replies to reviews, and later posts and photos. Roo never publishes a change to your profile without your explicit yes to that specific change.
Who sees it. Robolics staff, only when needed to support you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers that run Roo (hosting, database, AI models, integrations with apps you connect, messaging, email, payments, and secure code-execution sandboxes). We give each only what it needs to provide its service to us, and each handles that data under its own published terms. A current list of these providers is available on request.
AI models. Information received from Google is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Limited Use. Robolics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting. Text Roo "disconnect Google" at any time, or use the button on your connection page. That revokes Roo's access at Google and deletes the credential and the profile details we stored. You can also remove Robolics yourself at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services.
In some cases a business owner may instead add the Robolics Google account as a Manager on their profile. The same rules apply: we act only on your approved requests, and you can remove the Manager role from your profile at any time.
Each business can have an address on our domain, such as yourshop@mail.robolics.ai. Email sent to it is received by our email service provider, Resend, and delivered to Roo. We store the sender, subject, date, the plain text of the message, and the names of attachments. We do not download or open attachments. Roo texts you a short notice when mail arrives and reads the message to you on request. Email Roo sends from your address goes out only after you approve its exact text.
Information in an email is treated as data, never as an instruction: nothing written in an email can make Roo change your settings or send anything on your behalf.
Roo texts you only in reply to your messages, to finish something you asked for, or to tell you something you set a rule for. Reply STOP at any time and Roo stops texting you; message again whenever you want to start over. Your mobile number is used only to identify you and to reply. We do not send marketing texts and we do not share your number.
Roo runs on service providers that process data for us: application hosting, a database, the messaging provider that carries texts to and from the Roo number, the email provider named above, AI model providers that generate Roo's replies, an integration platform for the apps you connect, a payment processor, and secure sandboxes that run calculations on files you share. We send each only what it needs to do its job. Most of them may use that data only to provide their service; some, including our payment processor, may also use it for their own purposes as their published terms describe.
Data is stored in the United States. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the people who operate Roo. Secure pages we send you are single-use links that expire. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as the law requires.
Text Roo "delete my data" or email viktor@robolics.ai. We will disconnect any connected services, delete your messages, rules, stored email and connection data, and confirm by text within 7 days. Your website stays online unless you ask us to take it down; it is yours.
Roo is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.
If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, Roo will tell you by text and this page will show the new date.
